My family made other plans (again) so this is the second night without hens. That's okay; I'm taking the night off. I fixed myself a double chocolate cupcake sprinkled with sliced almonds and a bit of Dominican Cacao. So incredibly tasty! Now I'm going to sit back and watch Mambo Italiano.I'll be back tomorrow with my regularly scheduled post, will answer correspondence, and, hopefully, cook a nice dinner.

Speaking of Dominican cacao, I love me some cacao.
Cacao teases the tongue. You can actually hear it making comments to your taste buds.
I could only imagine what pure cacao would do--I'm crazy at the 65% mark.
Dark chocolate beats milk chocolate anyday.
I love good chocolate. I believe mine was really high in cacao, maybe 90% It was so good, so bitter. My taste buds were tingling. It complimented the sweetness of the cupcake very well.
I guess your evening was a bit more chaotic then cupcakes, hmm? :)
